公司历史

永生胶木电器厂有限公司於1960年在香港成立，以生产电木开关及灯座产品起家。经过创办人伦发堃和伦林堃兄弟多年经营，业务不断增长。在七十及八十年代发展范围包括有厨房电器用品，照明电器用品，和汽车用配件等。适逢国家改革开放政策，永生于1987年在深圳市宝安区沙井镇投资设厂，并陆续增加生产规模，于2021年迁入深圳市宝安沙井街道办沙头西部工业园民主九九工业城。

在1970年代，永生开始从事美发电器产品的研发和生产，推出我们第一台电发钳。自此永生就专注於美发电器行业的发展，产品种类也日益多元化，包括电发钳，直发夹，热风梭，卷发器等，产品销售网路遍布美国，加拿大，英国，欧洲，及日本等多个国家。

时至今日，永生已经发展为一家美发电器产品的综合解决方案供应商，为客户提供度身订做的产品研发专案服务，全面和完善的质量管理承诺，以及可靠的垂直生产设施，确保我们能配合客户品牌策略和市场增长的需要。

生产设施

Our 400,000 square feet factory in Shenzhen, China produces more than 3 million units of curling irons, straighteners, hot air brushes, and hair rollers every year. Our vertically integrated manufacturing facility allows us to perform metal parts fabrication, injection molding, surface finishing by electroplating or spray painting, and full unit assembly in house. This means we can offer complete turn-key product solutions to you.
